World Conker Championships 2012

The 2012 World Conker Championships will be held at New Lodge Fields, near Oundle, Northamptonshire on 14th October 2012. The event starts at 10:30 a.m. and finishes at 3:00 p.m.

As a spectator, the entrance costs are £4 for adults and £2 for senior citizens and children. Family tickets (2 adults and up to 4 children) cost £10. Car Parking is FREE!

Note that while the Competition starts at 10:30 there is plenty to see and do beforehand so we do recommend that you arrive before that time!

Owing to the cancellation of the event for 2011, we are currently contacting players with regard to transferring their entry to next years' competition.

Players from approximately 20 different countries play in the World Conker Championships each year. So far, for the 2012 event, we have competitors registered from:

It is not recommended to arrive after 2.30 p.m. because the conker competition will have finished. Stalls and Entertainments begin closing at 3.00 p.m. after which there is nothing to see or do!
